Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against you. Ps.119v.11

One way to get more of the Word of God into your spirit is to memorize it. When I lived in Rome, i memorized the first two chapter of Ephesians. Is that ALL?? Well, every verse, every word would bless me and minister to me as I recited them over and over again. Recently, I started again. So far I have only memorized two verses from some extra Bible reading the Spirit inspired me to undertake. I think it heals your brain, too. We believe we will never be taken prisoner, but we can take the memorized word of God anywhere - prison, Hawaiian vacation, night shift work, etc. No one can take it from our hearts. As a 9 yr-old, the 121st Psalm hidden in my heart through memorization was a great comfort when my mom had surgery and I was sent to stay with relatives. They gave me a big, scarey room to sleep in and I would recite the Psalm over and over as I cried myself to sleep. Pastor John Osteen could recite whole chapters of the Bible without having deliberately memorized them. Just the years of study and teaching and confessed had ingrained and engrafted them into this heart.

FATHER: Bread from Heaven- Feed me 'til I want no more!

Blessings on your weekend of memorizing a Bible verse or two!

When ye reap the harvest on your land, thou shall not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest...neither shall thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shall leave them for the poor and the stranger. Leviticus 19v.3

Is your budget so tight there is no extra room for spontaneous giving? Do you just cook enough to eke out portions for your family with nary a scrap left to take something to a sick neighbor or elderly church member? In the old days when I grew up, there was also something more for whoever might drop in or call. I confess I don't cook ( or shop) that way. I use every grape! Shame on me! I have one or two friends who do that and I have contacted the Vatican about the canonization candidacy! I try to keep a few extra bills in my purse so I can bless the poor in heart,as well as the poor. I met a lady while walking in my neighborhood one morning and her great need stirred me to give her some money. My mind had to race to picture what was in my purse: not much was left of my gleanings. Since then I try to keep a little cash on hand. There are some miracles that are unlocked by money, whether it is YOUR miracle as the GIVER, or THE OTHER PERSON's miracle as the RECEIVER. But all miracles are unlocked by obedience, and not gleaning your harvest will position you in the big playing field of the Obedient when God says the ball is in your court.

FATHER: Let's play ball in the FIELD OF MIRACLES: I am ready to give now!

Blessings on your weekend of miracles in the field of your life-

Blessed is he who considers the weak and the poor; the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will protect him and keep him alive; he shall be called blessed in the land; and You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. The Lord will sustain, refresh and strengthen him on his bed of languishing; all his bed You (O Lord) will turn, change, and transform in his illness. Ps. 41 v.1-3 (AMP)

A wealthy, world-famous fashion designer has his bed sheets changed every day in his Milan home. Even for someone with a simpler lifestyle, changing the bed, have fresh sheets put on in a time of illness, does make the bed of languishing feel better. But God's promise for us today is guaranteeing transformation on the bed where illness may have nailed us.  His transformation takes us from the Kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of light; from sick to well. Have you considered the poor? It didn't say you had to write a 1,000$ check to qualify as one who understands, behaves wisely and acts intelligently towards the least of these.  Do you pay attention to the poor and needy, then you qualify for God's deliverance in time of trouble.

FATHER: Turn my bed and heal me!

And (John) preached saying, There cometh One mightier than I after me." Mark 1v.7

The Bible records John The Baptist's very first words about his own ministry as : There is One coming, mightier than me. How many ministers talk about their ministry that way? Most people talk about wonderful their revelation is, how captivating their experiences with the Lord are, how big and fruitful  and favored their ministry is. But this man's first " selfie" pointed to someone else: Jesus. John's first words of "There cometh mone mightier than I" point to Jesus and honor Jesus. Glorifying and Honoring the Son is one of the jobs of the Holy Spirit. And like John the Baptist, we, too, should make it our job description for our calling to the believer's ministry or to the five-fold ministry.

And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. Matt.27v.12

What kind of strategy is that? Silence when you are falsely accused? What about the best legal strategy, a Dream Team of defense experts with Philadelphia and Harvard Law School lawyers? One way God shuts the mouths of the lions against you is  to shut YOUR mouth as HE moves on you behalf. I am hearing this today and also the warning to "stay away from the accusers of the brethren." Stay away from gossip. Remember Pilate washing his hands before the crucifixion-crazy mob and saying: I am innocent of the blood of this just person. You do the same. God is speaking today about blocking destiny-derailments by controlling our tongue!

FATHER: The Lord is in His Holy Temple; let all the earth (& my mouth) keep silent before Him!

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Matthew 24v.25

This morning I heard, "BEHOLD," as a word for this hour. Sounds like a Christmas word, but we will take it in late Feb, won't we? BEHOLD is a now manifestation word - a good "open-your- eyes" surprise from heaven-. That is what God is HANDFEEDING us from HIS HEART in this hour.

Because He is doing for you ( & me & all of us who belong to Him), YOU - faithful and wise servant, whom He has established, appointed and placed as ruler, should be giving meat to everybody in the house and everybody destined to be in the house. Notice you are not just "giving meat." There is a further, finer distinction here. You are giving meat "in due season."  Your supernatural timing is adding an extra, divinely perfect quality to what you are providing. Ps.104 tells us that there are people waiting and dependent on your obedience that you may give them the food of hope in due season (verse 27).

Blessings on your generous weekend- water and be watered! Behold!

Love you so much,

And as you go, preach...Matthew 10v.7

These days just mentioning the name of Jesus stirs, shakes, and changes everything- even at the gym, the coffee shop, the hairdressers or the bank. Yesterday when my teller joked we could spilt the difference between the incorrect amount on my deposit slip and her correct count, I said, "This money belongs to God!"  and she laughed and said she'd better get it all in the ministry account. Her first name and her face told me she was of a different religion, but my God had come in through the open door of our little encounter. Let Him in. Then let Him come out of you anyway you can.

FATHER: I will open my mouth wide and You will fill it!

Love forgets mistakes. Prov. 17v.9 (The Living Bible); Overlook an offence and bond a friendship. The (Message); He who covers a transgression seeks love(KJV).

The two cherubim angels God designed to be on the mercy seat stretch out their wings toward each other and cover. The Bible describes how their wings meet in the middle and cover the mercy seat. The seraphim around the throne of God in Isaiah  Chapter 6 cover, too. They cover their faces and their feet. I was helped several hours recently by someone I barely knew. That person spent most the time we were together uncovering the sin of a Christian known by them. I finally managed to change the subject, but it was like wrestling a bone away from a dog. There are news shows that uncover dirt, sin, greed and graft. Everything is exposed and we pay to read it and feed on it. But the Bible says LOVE causes you to forget the mistakes of others. Today put them in the mercy seat and not the HOT seat!

FATHER: The Love of God in me pays no attention to a wrong suffered!

Put God in charge of your work, then what you have planned will take place. Prov. 16v.3 The Message Bible

Seek first the Kingdom. Put God first. He gets the first part of your day as you wake up and spend time in His Presence. If you put HIm first, He will put you first. He will give you the plan for the day that will put you over. You will leap-frog ahead of others who may have been waiting longer. You will leap frog over time-wasting ideas that seemed so good until God gave you a better, God-idea. Raise your hands up high so I can see them when you answer this question for Miss Lee: How many of you know when you put God in charge, He does not do them when you want or how you want? Anybody know what I am talking about? Five years ago when we were building our home, I complained to a friend that I needed someone to help me hassle with the builder, the banker and the candlestick maker. She wisely said another person would have another set of ideas and priorities. But our scripture is saying to put the Living God, the Creator of the Ends of the Earth as Chief of make-it-happen.

FATHER: Plan my work so I will work Your Plan today! Holy Spirit, be beside me as the Master workman (Prov. 8v.30) in all I do this day!

Blessings on your week of seeking the Kingdom first, bearing fruit & mission accomplished!

And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing...Exodus 35v.21

Is your heart stirring you to come join me to hear HOW TO HEAR GOD'S VOICE tomorrow? Is your spirit making you willing to come be with us at HBU at 10 am tomorrow morning? We all live within the Sound of His Voice, but we all don't hear. HEARING GOD is the foundation for the miracles, signs and wonders God wants to confirm and confer every time you open your moth, every time you stretch out your hand to touch someone. I once asked a former Army Medical Corps Colonel to teach me how to manually take my mom's blood pressure. She said I needed to learn where my teacher and I could both hear the same thing at the same time. That is what our meeting tomorrow will provide. A safe place where your hearing is tweaked and burnished in a corporate setting. This is a season of restoration- many of you used to hear better than you do now- but the buffeting of past years has made your ear a little duller than before. God is sharpening once again. Your hearing God's voice will sharpen you to serve God's purpose in your generation. (Acts 13v.13) A dream fulfilled is a tree of life. When your dream manifests,  others benefit, too. They can come under your tree, nestle in the branches, sit in the shade and benefit from your stand for God. Come ( join me tomorrow)  and GO!

When Peter was come to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him...But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order...Acts 11v.4 KJV

"Poise" means balanced and stable. It comes from an old French word for weight (pois). Poise makes you like the children's toy that has a weight in the bottom, so it uprights itself when the little one tries to knock it over. Contention can hit us so hard and so unexpectantly, that our spiritual poise is threatened. Notice how Peter handled that situation in our scripture reading today. He didn't jump right into their arguments to try and defend himself. He took his time. He told the story from the beginning to lay out the details of the move of the Spirit. Now this is hot-tempered man in the natural - so if he can be controlled by the Spirit when defending himself against unjustified accusations, so can you! Peter expounded on it by order. Exceptional poise when your fellow apostles and brethren are trying to nail you and your sin to the Cross. "Expounding on it by order" sounds like a sermon or lecture. It certainly does not sound like a hasty, scared, rabbit-trailed filled rant. How could you crazy guys think that about me that I would just go eat with uncircumcised!!!  Let us imitate our Brother Peter and our sister Esther after her fast - the Bible says to imitate those who through FAITH and Patience have obtained the promise. You are poised today!

FATHER: Give me poise to day to rehearse the matter and expound it by order!

So excited about seeing you Saturday - your hearing gift released for this hour- Join us at HBU, Cullen Parlor 10am to 12 noon-

See, I have called Bezaleel by name...and filled him with the Spirit of God to devise, to work, cut, set & carve...Ex.31v.2-6

God has chosen you for the work you are doing. Certainly it may not be your dream job or your ministry open door just yet. But like a jewel placed into its setting, He had purpose in mind by giving you your present place of employment.  Our reading in Exodus details the calling and equipping of the anointed workers needed to help Moses bring God's vision of building a tabernacle to pass. What do we see?    1.God has given you what you need most to get the job done - HIS Spirit! ( verse 3) I have filled Bezaleel with the Spirit of God. The solution to the problem of how to get the job done is always SUPERNATURAL. 2. God has given you dominion over this job and all its present and future requirements. So every natural skill and ability- the devising, working, cutting, setting and carving are already yours. 3.God has given you an on-the-job Helper - The Holy Spirit and a human that you might have to scratch off the funny surface to discover! (verse 6 I have given him Aholiab). Find your God-given Aholiab on the job.

FATHER: I get to work for YOU!

See you Saturday - I am excited about it and about ministering the Word to you!

But Thomas was not there when Jesus came. He said except I shall see in his hands the print if the nails,& put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe...Jesus said to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger...reach hither thy hand...thrust into my side & be not faithless, but believing. John 20v.24-28; Love never fails. 1 Cor 13v.8

LOVE IS IN THE AIR this week. Commercial love, erotic "love", false love. I am hearing God say: WHATEVER Love is it, I am going to use it this week for My Purposes. So hey you reading this: be believing. Don't be faithless as the Love Of God will move you to administer and manage this LOVE-infused atmosphere for His purposes this week. The Lord is greasing the skids to slide you into the hearts of the harvest. Reach hither thy finger, reach hither thy hand and let Him thrust you into the plentiful harvest. Tell them God is a Lover who wants a relationship so He can heal, cherish and change everything. Pray that Lord of the harvest will thrust out labourers in this Love Week.

FATHER: I believe I reap the fruit of Your Love Today!

Blessings on your week of VALENTINE'S HARVEST for the Glory of God!

Among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue. John 12v.45

Many of the key leaders believed that Jesus was the Messiah, but they did not confess Him Lord publicly because of fear of what people might think. Two of the many leaders were named in the Bible- Nicodemus and Joseph of Ariamathea. All the other men are unknown to us. Their secret faith stayed secret. Are they in heaven? I suppose so; though The Lord did say that if we are ashamed of Him, He will be ashamed of us. The love of the praise of men may not keep you out of heaven; but it will keep you from living free enough to bring Heaven to earth. The gifts of the Spirit bring heaven's operation to earth as the LOrd uses you to minister to dying, crying humanity. Maybe you pray the prayer that touches their heart. Maybe you make the [phone call just as they are crying out for help on the other side of the city. But sadly, lusting after the praise of men can drive you attempt to operate in the gifts of the Spirit out of your own flesh. When we are led by the love of God and the fear of God, we obey and release the anointing by the unction of Spirit.

FATHER: Make me a God-Pleaser! Deliver me from fear of man!

Blessings on your weekend of pleasing God in new ways!

See you next Saturday the 14th- Love you guys,

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth will draw all men after me. John 12v.32; The world is gone after him...John12 v.19

You dream of preaching to thousands. You wave your hand. They all fall down under the power...Yes, the dream is to lift Jesus, but in the process, He will give you a platform. So the longing to move a multitude is not prideful or self-exalting, if your heart is right. The desire to stay hidden and to put your light under a bushel is not scriptural. The flesh profiteth nothing. Even bashful flesh that other humans like to like! Revival is big. Birthing it requires an expansion of vision. Your pure heart is not your poor, little me heart, but God's great, big heart for changing this world. Arise, shine for your light has come!

Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. John 12v.3

In the preceding chapter of the Book of John, the stench of death had filled the house of Mary, her sister Martha and buried brother Lazarus. Sister Martha had even tried to stop Jesus in the middle of the miracle of raising Lazarus because of the smell of death. "Lord, by this time he stinketh for he hath been dead four days." (John 11v.19)  Do you think that was what Mary was thinking about when she obeyed the prompting to anoint Jesus with the costliest? Your Bible and mine start this chapter of Mary's obedient extravagance with the words " six days before the Passover."  Did Mary know that in six days Jesus would be arrested and on his way to the Cross? Of course not!

Obedience, especially in in the tough instances, puts blinders on us. (And thank goodness it does, otherwise we'd be overwhelmed with the weight of all that foreknowledge.) With Obedience's blinders shielding our eyes, all we can focus on and all we can see is doing this one thing the Spirit is commanding us to do. Paul said,  "This one thing I do - I press towards the mark." Obedience always hits the mark!

Mary's deeply significant prophetic act was birthed the same way God wants to birth the prophetic in your life: through simple obedience. Her example does not tell us if she dreamt this, woke up that morning knowing it was to be done or what. Was she afraid, shaking, heart-beating fast or full of peace? How you do it will not be known by other people, but the fragrance of your obedience will fill the house.

FATHER: This one thing I do - I obey Your leadings!

In the beginning God created...The earth was without form...and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the water.Gen 1 v.1-2 (AMP)

Certainly your job and other responsibilities give form to your day. But God's Spirit is also at work to shape this 24-hour chunk of your use of time and space on Earth. There is a "deep" in your day. Even if all you plan to do is a little housekeeping and wash some clothes. The Third Person of the Trinity has already chosen to personally (Holy Spirit is a Person) come into the place(s) where you will be today. Jesus has gone ahead of you to make the crooked places straight and the Holy Spirit longs for us to see Jesus better- now that the "crooked" is out of the way. While you are sorting the wash, someone you need to phone might come to mind. "Pray for Joe,"  might be whispered to you as you take out the trash. God's Spirit works deep, where the secrets and the treasures are. He wants to reveal something to you today. That I know for sure. The path for the righteous gets brighter and brighter, so you're smarter today than yesterday. Your brain and your spirit are brighter because Holy Spirit has disclosed more about Jesus; another inkling, another revelation, more blessed assurance. The Spirit of God is tanking-up your deep today.  Even the distractions can't prevent the download. A needy, thirsty world awaits.

FATHER: Deep cries out to deep! Fill me!

from past baggage
old sin
And Lot also, which went with Abraham, had flocks and herds and tents. And the land was not able to bear them, for their substance was great...And Abraham said,
"Lot, separate thyself, I pray thee, from me." Genesis 13v.5; ...forgetting what lies behind, straining for what lies ahead. Phil.3v.13
You can't take it with you. "It" means your (unfruitful) way of thinking, your old " it ain't working" way of working. Abraham's nephew was a dear relative, they had so much in common, so many sweet or tough memories shared. How long before we get God saying, "Separate from your old way. There is a new way."
As always with God, you must obey the first step (separate, leave the baggage, drop it,) before the land under your foot's path for the 2nd step appears.
And the Lord said unto to Abraham AFTER that Lot was separated from him:
Lift up now thine eyes from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward. For all the land that thou seetst, to thee will I give it...v.14-17

Will you keep silent at this time, Queen Esther? Now that you have prevailed before the King and your petition for deliverance for you and your nation from the evil Haman Hillary, will you decree, reign and use your authority? Not many days hence, about 30, the inauguration of the President God chose and we died for (died to pizza and blueberry pancakes, died to distractions to cry out, some died to fear of voting Republican for the 1st time!)) will be inaugurated.
Though the media is attempting to spread dishonor and rebellion, your intercession for  FULL MORDECAI HONOR will crown the event and will also REAP HONOR for you. The honor you intercede for in these 30 days to January 21 is the degree of honor that will (or won't) come to you in the New Year. God is teaching us to reign in this extraordinary season, this amazing Last Days Age. Can you honor a husband if God gave you one, a boss, a mother-in-law, can you honor the Office of the President or the Plan of God? Skimping on honor at this time, will skimp on the Glory of God!
When God's choice is  fully honored, - as Mordecai was - God's reward is FULLY given! God gave the people of the nation light ( a new dawn of hope) and gladness and joy and honor. The enemies of the Kingdom were destroyed. Esther 8v.16 Victory is indeed sweet!
....And the king said to Haman/Hillary, what shall be done to the man whom the king delights to honor?...Haman answered... Let royal apparel be brought which the king has worn (NOTE: THE ANOINTING)
And the horse which the king has ridden
(NOTE: same as David's instructions for Solomon's inaugurations for David's mule to be ridden) and a royal crown be set upon his head.
Let the apparel and horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king's most noble princes. Let him array the man (NOTE: divine order- Mordecai was not putting king's robe on himself- but nobility and established order robing him) whom the king delights to honor and conduct him on horseback through the open square of the city (NOTE: We need to pray for the city- the sea of people to OPEN to Trump and not resist him whom Our king has appointed.)Esther 6v.6-9
The King's instructions in Esther 6v.10
Do so to Mordecai the Jew (Make it happen).
Leave out nothing that you have spoken. (Don't mess this up.)
We need a full Mordecai inauguration. Esther (the church) has prevailed before the King.We won. We Arise, We Shine for Our light has come!
