He who is wise wins souls. Prov 11v.30

Those who lead the many to righteousness will shine brightly like the stars forever and ever. Dan. 12v.3b

"I prayed that prayer."  The voice with a foreign accent belonged to someone very wealthy, titled nobility, international film industry magnate. We were worlds apart. I stood in Houston holding my end of the phone in unbelief. After years of trying to witness, it took a long, tough, desperate letter spelling out the Gospel to help this person open their heart to Jesus.  "Well, that's the end of that friendship,"  I had thought when I mailed it. Full of Destiny, Love, Fire&Brimstone and More Love - the letter smoked its way across the Atlantic ocean on angels' wings!

"I prayed that prayer."  I remember the dress I had on, the time of day and looking out the patio door with the phone to my ear as I heard those words. That was over ten years ago. This year eternity's door swung open wide for my friend. When I heard about it last month, I thought of a thousand things I wished I could have said, or done or changed.  But the Lord comforted me with the hope of seeing them in heaven and reminded me of the words, "I prayed that prayer."

Father, Thank you for the loved ones and friends who soared to heaven with You this year. Make us soul-winners. Make us wise, bold and irresistible to unbelievers. Let 2010 be our greatest year of personally leading many to righteousness. May we shine for Jesus!

The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; indeed my heritage is beautiful to me. Ps.16 v.6

Are you happy? Are you saying you're happy? Have the lines of what God has measured to you fallen in just the right places? Say it and see it so. Like Abraham, you might have to beat the birds of prey off of your sacrifice of praise (Gen 15 v.11). But that is all in a day's work of the happy Christian.

The is the place God has brought you to today. Through storms and joy-rides, here you are. This territory called "TODAY" is like the land Joshua measured off to each tribe. The fruit of your faith can grow real big here. Your faith's children can have a big backyard ( as big as your faith can make it), the right schools of the Spirit and a good neighborhood to live, work & play.

Let me pray for you: Father, You are their portion today and forever. I thank you for this day taking on Your shape, Your form, Your beauty with each passing hour. I ask that the lines would fall to them in pleasant places today.

And of the sons of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do. 1 Chron. 12 v.32

As I looked over my notes from sermons I heard during year, I saw the title - "3 Kinds of Giving."  There was "A" - Give to God. Under that was "B" - Give yourself a schedule. That was all. I must have been too convicted to write down whatever the "C" was! A schedule! How can I have a schedule? I could list all my excuses, but I can't deny that the Holy Ghost nailed me when I heard it from the pulpit. Even re-reading my notes about it makes me squirm. Ouch!

And He summoned the multitude with His disciples, and said to them, If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. Mark 8 v.34

There is a progression in the verse from Mark:  (1) Do I have a desire? Is my desire strong enough to make me deny myself to get it?  (2) Am I willing to put out the heft of corresponding action needed to "take up" the cross and finally,  (3) Will I submit and follow His leading?

Your willingness to give yourself a schedule and to follow this tough,one-two-three of personal discipline brings us to the 1 Chronicles verse. The men of the tribe of Issachar had gone from the one-two-three of personal discipline and schedules to become Commanders of Time. They bossed it around. Their gift in doing so made them an invaluable part of the Army of God (1 Chron. 12v.22) and an essential piece in David's taking the kingdom from Saul. Making Time your servant is essential for Victory. (Remembering Joshua commanding the sun to stand still so he could finishing fighting and win!)

Father, Give us this day- the time itself- as our daily bread. Lord, that we would not waste it or squander time. Heal, energize and quicken our bodies. Forgive Lee for being lazy. Forgive us and cleanse us of the sin of eating badly and talking badly. We arise as victors with a schedule in our hands!

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. Ps. 119 v.162

"There's a gift card in the envelope. Have a cup of coffee on me."  I thought that was so sweet of her to give me five bucks for my favorite drink. But after I swiped the card, I discovered not five, but twenty-five buckaroos on that little card. I rejoiced. Everyone in the place heard me rejoice as one who finds great spoil!

When I thought there was only five dollars on the card, I put it down somewhere with my other mail in the car. I could not have told you exactly where it was. But once I knew there was twenty-five dollars on it, I treated it better. I know exactly where it is now, and I can put my hands on it quickly.

Don't we treat the Word of God like that sometimes? (You don't, but I do!) Our Bible can get tossed aside -like a $5 gift card- if we allow other things to steal our time, zeal and joy about studying the Word.  But you can train yourself to wake up and rejoice when you see your Bible on the nightstand.  Then when the storms of life come, your fight to find the place where it is written (Luke 4 v.17) will be sweeter and easier.  When you find the place where "it" ( it=your healing, your deliverance, your breakthrough) is written, the Bible's gift card value sky-rockets before your very eyes. And everybody in the place with you will hear you shout!

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world... 1John 5v.4

Small, unlikely and dirty. Can you see past the disguise The-Solution-To-Your Problem is wearing? The seed of hope God sends to bring us out of a hard place is not always easy to recognize. A heathen King saw The Solution for three men thrown in a fire, but couldn't see who He was. "I see their Solution walking as a fourth man with them."

Sometimes in our lives it is Christmas, and God sends an Infant-Seed to our rescue. Oh Jesus! The world-overcoming power of Jesus in us might be a character adjustment. I remember when I first began caring for a family member. I said I would never do this for them or that. But God made a shift in my hard heart, and now do all I can - with a smile ( a few tears, a groan..) This is a victory!

Or the baby He sends as the Solution to undo the work of the evil one could be a job that doesn't look like us or keeps us up all night with its crying. Or perhaps it is a business idea or creative Solution that we have to search for - like the Three Wise Men-The Solution has been born of God and brought to the earth but where do I find it? Where is the Bethlehem of my world-overcoming Solution?

Father, I thank you for flooding the eyes of their hearts with light today. Thank you for a spirit of wisdom and revelation for each one to see the Solution in the manger. Your World-overcoming power working in each of them for victory!

To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord (the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound) Luke 4 v.19

This is the season when the Kingdom of God has favor with men. The world talks about Jesus more than at any other time of the year. Nominal Christians and unbelievers handle holy things - putting angels in their yards and on their coffee tables. During Christmas, favor is a powerful commodity with momentum to turn things around. Our loved ones have special favor with us to "turn" our heads and hearts when we spot something on their wish list.  Favor drew The Three Wise Men past the heavy traffic at the mall and the distance to get to the just the right gold, frankincense and myrrh shop all the way to Bethlehem's baby King of Glory.

Believe for favor today. It is moving strongly in the earth right now. That also means believing others will have favor with you. This is good. It gives us an opportunity to make up for some of the year's omissions - times when we did not show favor.

Believe for favor to abound- extra and full to overflowing. In the Amplified version of Matthew Chapter 2 v.12, we read that after the Three Wise Men had brought their luxurious gifts, they asked a question of God. I believe that Baby Jesus's extreme favor  moved the three Kings to ask God, "Is there anything else we can do for Him?"  God answered by warning them to avoid Herod.

Father, I pray for abounding favor for everyone reading this today. Let their Kings say, "Is there anything else I can do for them?"  I pray for rules, regulations and policies to be changed on their behalf. The extra and the supernatural released for their benefit, honor and delight - all for your Great Glory!

I love you!

For day in Thy courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. Ps. 84v.10

     You better do this!

     You better do that, too!

You better not forget to bring this, buy that, sign this before 12!

Yesterday I had a "You better" day. By 8:00pm I was out on the sofa with my Mom in the wheelchair beside me, patting my hand or when I had the strength to ask her, squeezing my aching head. Her sweet, you-better-put-me-to-bed smile greeted me when I opened my eyes 20 minutes later.

This morning instead of dancing to the tune of "You better's," I woke up singing this chorus- Better is one day in thy courts. You know, there truly is an awesome God who intervenes in our lives and lifts everything celestially. I was not up there on eagles' wings, but because God gave me that song and that hope, I could see which way was up.

Today you may have a lot to do. The Holy Spirit is singing your song. To make you pant a little for the water of His presence as you kayak through the malls or among the sharks at the office. Just your longing for that one day with Him will make this day better.

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding, For the merchandise of (wisdom) is better than the merchandise of silver...Prov. 3 v.14

Your profit from merchandising wisdom will be bigger than merchandising stocks, gold, or commodities. Doing business in wisdom's trade will increase you more than any other (ANY OTHER!) new, amazing business endeavor or undertaking.

Though the Bible tells us to buy truth and not to sell it, God's word urges  you and me to fully merchandise wisdom. To merchandise means to buy and sell. God wants this trade going on in the earth. Trading in wisdom benefits buyer and seller. You can't lose if you do it God's way. Buy wisdom! Sell wisdom!

What is wisdom? Wisdom is divine insight into the plans and purposes of God. He wants you to have this revelation and for your knowledge of what He is doing and why He is doing it to line your pocketbook, make you happy and bless the world.

If you are like me, you are facing many key decisions in this year-end transition time. If I am honest, I would say I feel more pressured than tickled about it. Let's decide to move our flesh on over under the dominion of our born-again spirits.

Lift up your hands and say this aloud: Oh Lord, I am so happy because I have found wisdom and I've gotten understanding. I'm wise. I 'm happy. My way today is all pleasant and I walk on wisdom's path of peace. I buy wisdom! I sell wisdom! I'm rich!

And there is one who withholds what is justly due, but it results only in want. Prov. 11v.24b

Paying a bill's "Payment due amount" in full and on-time settles the issue. No late fees, no penalties. But withholding what is due- for even good reasons- can mean there is "hell to pay." Have you even withheld a kiss or a hug from a friend at church? Ever gotten in your car at the grocery store knowing you should have prayed for the check-out girl with the pounding headache? Did you write that letter to the lonely one?

What are we waiting for? The anointing supplies and furnishes the power and another, and another and another golden opportunity to release that power to the people. The warning to us here is also very clear. There is something inside you from God that belongs to the needy ones around you. (Christ in us- the hope of Glory.)  If we release Him - if we let Him out -, supply lines will open, bring them and us out of poverty.

I also believe the Lord is saying that if you esteem the gift inside you enough to "priority rush" it to people when He signals, God will increase the value of the anointing on you. You won't be poor and powerless. There is increase for the one who gives it all way.

PRAYER:  Father, today I choose to give it all away. Lead me to the one who needs me to lead them to Jesus. A word in season or a healing touch, I promise not to withhold what is due. I expect increase for each of them and for me. Heaven's paying the bill!

I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name...Eph.3v. 14-15

Adam, Seth, Enosh, Kenan, Mahalalel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, Noah, Shem, Ham and Japheth.  Does your Christmas list look like the Book of Chronicles? That was my Bible reading today: 13 names that tell the story of God making a family on earth with eternity in its future.

As a woman reading this Family History ( a chronicle is a history), I could ask: How can I be a father to the fatherless generation around me? God's great desire is have a family and to bring His many sons and daughters into the Glory. Daily we see or hear a growing list of names of desperate and lost people doing horrible things.  Yet Bible scholars define that the word "Glory" as God's full opinion about a person or situation or a moment.  Who will take God's full opinion and let His glorious light fall on that one in bondage?

Let the Father's heart for His family buckle your knees. Let the Father's heart for your family buckle your knees. Bow before His virtuous stream of Love for Every Family Everywhere. Pray and rise to take His glory to every name on your list today!

I will restore or replace the years that the locust has eaten - the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust... Joel 2 v.25

"Restoration" was the first word in the name of a ministry I volunteered with ten years ago. Nobody was talking about restoration back then. The ministry's name would confuse telephone operators and it was too big for any of the mail-in forms it was my job to fill in. I could never squeeze all the words into those little boxes marked "Name of Ministry."

God has a name for the work He has called you to do.  And whatever the name is, it is all about restoration of His original plan and purpose for His people. The Lord also has a work for the name. That work is bigger than most of the boxes Life will put on your "To-Do" list. When Samson's stunned parents heard an angel talk about a son who would be a savior, they asked the angel's name.

"Why do you ask my name? It is beyond understanding." (Judges 13 v.17)  Ask the Father for the name of your ministry. "Understanding" won't be a land far, far away from you. Get a little closer to it by asking Him now. Jesus wants to use your work in His name to restore people to Our Father forever!

When you get there look for Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat...Go to him, get him from his companions and take him into an inner room. Then take the flask and pour the oil on his head and declare, "This is what the Lord says." 2 Kings 9 v.2

Samuel said to Saul, " Bid the servant pass on before us but you stand still, first, that I may cause you to hear the word of God." 1 Sam. 9 v.27

In both of our scripture readings today we see the picture of the separation necessary for the affirmation we long for, dream about and truly need in order to ascend and take our place. Sometimes God has to get us away from our companions to take us higher. The people who populate our "Present" can very lovingly keep us from our "Future." They like us the way we are, which is part of the reason we love them. Not many of our "Present" friends are edgy enough to love us while inspiring us to change. (I want to be that kind of friend!)

To hear God's affirmation there must be a separation and a re-location to the inner room. Back in the '80s in London, I attended a weekly Spirit-filled Anglican healing service. One week a woman on the team stood up - her hand fluttering like a bird caught and trying to fly away - and said that God had gifts for each of us He wanted taken out of the box. The minister asked us all to listen in silence as he prayed for God to speak to each of us.

To this day I vividly remember feeling the anointing and not knowing what it was when I spoke out what I had heard - "He wants to take us to the inner room. Where there are no windows, where there are no doors, where there is just Him."   A visiting minister present said she believed God was giving me a gift of prophecy. I had no idea what she was talking about, but I knew something was up!

As the year draws to a close, will you stand still, first, to hear what the Lord would say to you?  Take time to enter the inner room of intimacy and affirmation. Where there is just Him. Enter 2010 on higher ground!

Put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Col. 3v.12

Has anyone ever accused you of putting on? You know, acting like something you're not?  Well, the Bible tells us to "put on behavior marked by tenderhearted pity and mercy, kind feeling, a lowly opinion of yourselves, gentle ways, and patience (which is tireless and long-suffering, and has the power to endure whatever comes, with good temper.)" Hmmm.

Faking love, holiness, and mercy until our weak flesh catches up with our willing spirits is a way of putting on Christ and Christian virtues. Acting loving is an act. Acting holy is an act -  a heavenly act - that changes me and those around me. There is usually a point in December when I put on Christmas music and call it Christmas. The difference from the day before is made by only one thing- my decision to enter into the season and put it on.

Lift up your hands and slip on something more heavenly. Put on Christmas today. Don't wait another minute to get dressed in the best of the season.

I love you!

When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who has afflicting the people, "Enough! Withdraw your hand." 2 Sam. 24v.16

In 2 Samuel we read of how David's pride made a mess. He tried to number his army, defying the word that says "...not by power, nor by number of troops, but by My Spirit.") Have you ever made a mistake?  Did you repent? (I know you did.) But we still have to face the consequences of our sin. God's justice won't allow Him to erase that, but His Mercy will bring us through.

My pride and sin have gotten me into the tunnel of horrors with a death-spiral spin on it more than once in my life. But a Voice thundered louder than my screams, "ENOUGH, Take your hand off her and leave her alone."

The King James version of this verse says that the Lord "repented" of the evil plague caused by the sin of the King. Are you caught by your sin?  Did you co-sign for your brother's loan and he's run away? Did you keep eating all that salty food?  From inside the tunnel of horrors, cry out to God! Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. The righteous cry and He hears. Enough!

So that you can know and understand what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe...Eph.1v.19

Jesus was always measuring things. He'd measure motive, faith- he'd even measure rank. And then he told them what his tape measure said! (No fear of man in Him!) I measure, too. But if you fail to come up to my mark, I might judge you secretly and hide it.

Aren't you glad Jesus was more concerned about you than about His tape measure? He measured for our growth because His purpose was to bring us up to the fulness of His stature. So we would be tall like Him. Holy like Him. Upward-bound like Him. Unafraid to tell people how the cow ate the cabbage (just like Him.)

that we might arrive at really mature manhood...nothing less than the standard height of Christ's own perfection... the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ. Eph. 4v.13AMP

Jesus' tape measure was made in the Texas part of heaven. That tape measure was designed to take us to the exceeding abundantly beyond section of life-on-earth. But to get there we have to start where we are today - allowing Him to measure us and to correct us from the sin that can so easily beset us.

In the Vatican there is a small room behind the Sistine Chapel where the man who has just won the election to become the next Pope is quickly taken. Over the centuries the same order of priests - the Augustinians - and the same Roman firm of special tailors surround the man, swiftly undressing and measuring him. Over the centuries the same warm tears fall from the face of the man who puts on papal robes for the first time.  It is known as The Room of Tears - La Camera Delle Lacrime.

Years ago I was taken inside that room as a reward from a Vatican official that had come to Houston for surgery and needed a translator.

Two days ago I was back in the Room of Tears, but it was in the Murphy Road office of one of God's officials who has a worldwide TV ministry- my Pastor's wife. After hearing my ministry's dreams for the year 2010, she caressed my head and blessed me. Under the warmth and the tangible power from her hand, I cried. Crying, I put on my future's new clothes.

Her love, wise counsel and financial support nurtured me. The Bible defines "nurture" as a tutor. One-on-one. "Nurture" means one-on-one. It is good to dream of having a worldwide ministry (hey, this Gospel is to be preached unto all!), but God wants to know He can trust us to take one person into the Room of Tears and participate in His transformation of that one heart.

I pray for favor with the King for all who read this. That the Kings in your life will see you with God's eyes, reach out to you and touch you with His love and power. I pray for you to take someone else into the Room of Tears and use your gold and gifts to help dress them in the future God has for them.

...Many are your thoughts towards us. Psalm 40 v.5

Don't tell anybody I said this; but do you ever get so busy you forget about God? Are your thoughts like a herd of wild stallions, going full speed and scattering every which a way? The pressures we face daily are intensifying and the devil's favorite target area is our thought-life.

Thinking about the Lord is the magnet that pulls all those little, scattered metal pieces back into shape. The God who shaped the universe is thinking about me. He is upholding all things by the word of His power (Heb. 1 v.3). He is holding my sometimes ragged-life together and upholding the entire universe - all at the same time!

The God who thought and said, "Light be!" is thinking about you as look for your car keys. The God who said, " I will make man" is thinking about you as you sit in the Doctor's office holding the magazine by the top edge so you don't catch anything. If The Life-Giver Himself has me on His mind, then His quickening power is undoing every evil work coming against my body.

In tough times of fighting memory loss, my mom's favorite song was " I Woke This Morning With My Mind Stayed On Jesus."  If wild horses try to pull you away, fight, knowing that God has got you - and you're on His Mind today!

Go! This is the day the Lord has given Sisera into your hands...Judges 4v.14

I'm hearing a "GO!" on this day. Is it time for you to move forward? Have you been around that mountain long enough?

1. Have you prayed?

2. Have you sought godly counsel?

3. Are you afraid?

Barak, the army commander in our verse today, was afraid. His fear forced him to restrict the move- "I'll go if somebody else goes with me." Most of us single people know that setting that as a condition for going can cause you to miss destiny. In the Book of Ruth, Naomi said to her two young widowed daughters-in-law, " If you go with me, you might end up alone and unmarried."  Going means making a first step of faith today without being able to see that rosy end.

Father, I pray for all who read this to have courage today to GO! Give them wisdom to know what to do and strength to go forward. Push the ones that need a nudge from your Spirit and keep the speedy ones from getting out too far ahead of You, Lord. Take them to places of victory in the Spirit and victory in the natural for Your great glory! Go forward!

The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. Ps.138 v.8

The cashier had made a mistake. I was in the check-out lane in the grocery store with my store coupons, my store club card, trying to pull the store sales ad from under one arm to show this woman. My mom was in the little cart, revving the motor. I was holding the cart's steering wheel with my other arm to keep Flying Melenda from taking out any more corner displays with wine bottles or running over my feet. The line of not-so-patient people behind us looked as long as the Great Wall of China.

"Look here, it says 49 cents a pound."  I was miffed and you could hear it in my voice.

She looked at it, looked at me and said, "Hey, aren't you the one who'd get up in the front of the church and say things?"  What could I say? Oh, no I'm Lena, Lee's grumpy twin. Lee is perfect and she is out-of-town today. I'm shopping with our racecar-Mom today!  (I apologized and pulled up a smile from out of the hole I felt I was in!)

Deut. 34 tells us that God's work is perfect and all His ways are just. He is perfect, but He is not a perfectionist. He is not driven and dissatisfied. Are you trying hard to get it all just right?  Do you have some things that really need to be straightened out today? Our Rock is saying He is perfecting the things that concern you on this very day!

Then those who feared and loved the Lord spoke often of him to each other. And he had a Book of Remembrance drawn up in which he recorded the names of those who feared him and loved to think about him. Mal. 3v.16

Working at the Embassy in Rome meant everybody you ever knew wanted to come visit and see the sights. In my office we could tell when someone had company staying. They would drag in slowly after another night of Rome-by-Night-tours. But it was different when the Moms came to town. You could get home from work, sit in a chair and say, "Mom, remember Paula?"  Yeeesss. "Remember when we lived on Rosedale?" Yeesss. Happy realms would open up as we remembered and forgot the Fountain of Trevi for one night.

Today, as the end of the year rushes toward us, remember what God has done for you in 2009. Remember the seeds He has blessed you to sow this year in the lives of others and in His Kingdom work. It is all coming up! The blade sprouting and the full corn. Expect Him to be faithful to watch over it and to cause it to spring up!

For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name...Heb. 6 v.10

Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and possess the land that the Lord promised...Deut. 8 v.1

Deuteronomy 8 is our treasure map today. "Increase" is the X that marks the spot the Father wants us to find. He says in v.3b: Man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. We can't live, increase, enter and possess without the word from His mouth. Are you increasing in the knowledge of Him?

I bought a new Bible with a built-in reading plan so I could increase in the knowledge of Him. Been a little busy the past week and now I am 120 pages behind -all hard-core Leviticus reading. Help me, Jesus! (This Bible will be my Christmas gift to select friends who don't feel guilty if they stumble on their way to increasing in God.)

Father, bless each one reading this to INCREASE in the knowledge of You. Let the evidence of the INCREASE be in their pocketbooks as they bear fruit in every good work today. Let the INCREASE be in their walking as they walk in a manner worthy of You today, pleasing You in all respects.

Behold I will do a new thing! Isa. 43 v. 19

It is amazing how much the Ancient of Days loves the new! He is not afraid of change. Sometimes He rocks my boat to a new beat that makes my sea legs dance to a new rhythm of life. There's a job change, a new church or friends moving away. And then He expects me to like it and Praise Him for it - even before I am really sure the change is better than my comfy old way of life!

One way we can make our appetite for change more like His is through reading the Bible with a daily, regular expectation to see new things. Ps. 119 v. 18 encourages us to ask Him to open our eyes to see fresh, new wonders in the Word: Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law. I believe that every time we read the Living Word of God change occurs in our atmosphere, in the very cells of our body, our spirits and minds. Believe to see the new thing He is doing in you today!

Father, open my eyes that I may see wondrous things in your Word today. Let the Bible be new to me today. I believe Your Word is changing me on the inside and making me new!

"Sustain me with raisin cakes, refresh me with apples, because I am lovesick." Song of Sol. 2v.5

Are you too tried to pray today? Is your desire for the things of God weaker than you want it to be? A remedy for you came to my mind and I was going to write about that in this blog. (They need to fast, they need to confess and rise up!- Get my stick!)

But your Father stopped me. He gave a picture of you in your bed on a fluffy pillow with Him at your bedside spoon-feeding you Love. Instead of making you go on a fast to hunger for Him He wants to sustain you with raisin cakes. He is watching every little expression on your face for signs that His apples are refreshing and reviving you. This is the Great, Great God of Love who loves you so much.

This picture God gave me of you in the bed with fresh coverlets and Him at your side reminded me of my storybooks when I was a little girl. "Your" room had a window that overlooked green hills and apple trees. As a five-year-old I'd look at the storybook and think, " Boy, If I lived there, I would be so happy."

Well, what is God saying today? You do live there. Let me make you lovesick for Me. Let My left hand be under your head ( taking away stress, pressure). And let My right hand embrace you. Big hugs! XOXOXOXOX

...His confidential communion and secret counsel are with the uncompromisingly righteous (those who are upright and in right standing with Him). Prov. 3v.32 AMP

Christmas is a wonderful catch-up time for hearing from old friends and family members in faraway places. Cards, calls and visits bring back the tender intimacy with those who have been out of reach. My job this month is to remind you of Someone else calling, wanting to visit and to get close.

Our scripture today tells us that God desires intimacy with us. When He comes close, He opens His heart and shares it. That is "confidential communion."  As a prophetic people, we know the importance of the secrets of man's heart being revealed to us, but what about knowing God's heart? We are talking about The Eternal, Everlasting Creator of the Universe.

For God to come close to us, He has to bring Himself down to our level (becoming "embraceable" as a baby in a manger). But, amazingly, He still brings all of His wonderful Self with Him! That is "secret counsel." How about a few secrets of the universe to help you program your new cell phone or to decide about your elderly father's health care?

Father, I just want to be with you. Increase my desire for you today, so that I will wait at your door-posts, watch daily at your gates and listen to you. (Prov.8)

from past baggage
old sin
And Lot also, which went with Abraham, had flocks and herds and tents. And the land was not able to bear them, for their substance was great...And Abraham said,
"Lot, separate thyself, I pray thee, from me." Genesis 13v.5; ...forgetting what lies behind, straining for what lies ahead. Phil.3v.13
You can't take it with you. "It" means your (unfruitful) way of thinking, your old " it ain't working" way of working. Abraham's nephew was a dear relative, they had so much in common, so many sweet or tough memories shared. How long before we get God saying, "Separate from your old way. There is a new way."
As always with God, you must obey the first step (separate, leave the baggage, drop it,) before the land under your foot's path for the 2nd step appears.
And the Lord said unto to Abraham AFTER that Lot was separated from him:
Lift up now thine eyes from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward. For all the land that thou seetst, to thee will I give it...v.14-17
FATHER:  Show me Your new way today! I PRESS TOWARD THE PRIZE!
Love you guys more than you know,

Will you keep silent at this time, Queen Esther? Now that you have prevailed before the King and your petition for deliverance for you and your nation from the evil Haman Hillary, will you decree, reign and use your authority? Not many days hence, about 30, the inauguration of the President God chose and we died for (died to pizza and blueberry pancakes, died to distractions to cry out, some died to fear of voting Republican for the 1st time!)) will be inaugurated.
Though the media is attempting to spread dishonor and rebellion, your intercession for  FULL MORDECAI HONOR will crown the event and will also REAP HONOR for you. The honor you intercede for in these 30 days to January 21 is the degree of honor that will (or won't) come to you in the New Year. God is teaching us to reign in this extraordinary season, this amazing Last Days Age. Can you honor a husband if God gave you one, a boss, a mother-in-law, can you honor the Office of the President or the Plan of God? Skimping on honor at this time, will skimp on the Glory of God!
When God's choice is  fully honored, - as Mordecai was - God's reward is FULLY given! God gave the people of the nation light ( a new dawn of hope) and gladness and joy and honor. The enemies of the Kingdom were destroyed. Esther 8v.16 Victory is indeed sweet!
....And the king said to Haman/Hillary, what shall be done to the man whom the king delights to honor?...Haman answered... Let royal apparel be brought which the king has worn (NOTE: THE ANOINTING)
And the horse which the king has ridden
(NOTE: same as David's instructions for Solomon's inaugurations for David's mule to be ridden) and a royal crown be set upon his head.
Let the apparel and horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king's most noble princes. Let him array the man (NOTE: divine order- Mordecai was not putting king's robe on himself- but nobility and established order robing him) whom the king delights to honor and conduct him on horseback through the open square of the city (NOTE: We need to pray for the city- the sea of people to OPEN to Trump and not resist him whom Our king has appointed.)Esther 6v.6-9
The King's instructions in Esther 6v.10
Do so to Mordecai the Jew (Make it happen).
Leave out nothing that you have spoken. (Don't mess this up.)
We need a full Mordecai inauguration. Esther (the church) has prevailed before the King.We won. We Arise, We Shine for Our light has come!
